My Spencers or MySpencers is an HR Portal app for Spencers employees only. This is an HR apps of Spencers Retail Ltd. The employees of Spencers log into this app with their employee ID and HR Portal password (which used to login at https://myspencers.spencersretail.com). Here they can do their daily HR activities like Leave Apply, View Leave Balance, Reimbursement Apply, Travel Apply, Travel Settlement Apply, Attendance Regularisation Apply. Also they can Approve request (which are requested by their reportees) that are pending with them like Leave Approve, Reimbursement Approve, Travel Approve, Travel Settlement Approve, Attendance Regularisation / On Duty Approve, Resignation / Exit Approve. Also they can View / Download their payslips and tax sheets from this app.
